Return Policy

We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy.

Online Return Policy

All Online Orders are final sale.

No returns or exchanges.

Confirm all shipping information before finalizing a purchase. No changes will be made to an order once it is placed.

Any packages returned for incorrect addressing will be the shipped to the correct address at the expense of the customer.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding all weekends and holidays. Processing and shipping times for preorders, special order items, dropship items, and any otherwise stated times may vary.

 

In-Store Return Policy

Merchandise can be returned within 72 hours of purchase.

Merchandise must be in new sellable condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags still intact. We will not honor a return with unattached tags. All discounted/sale items, shoes, jewelry, accessories, and mystery bags are final sale.

Receipt must be present. No return will be processed without proof of purchase.

Returns will be processed as an exchange or store credit ONLY. No Refunds.

In the event of an excessive amount of returns, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your credit. If we feel it is becoming overly excessive, we will review your account at that time and we will make the decision to refuse service to you moving forward.

We reserve the right to deny any customer return privileges without notice, at our discretion. The return process is in place to aid the customer experience and not to be abused.
